There is a chill in the air, football is taking over our TV’s, and soon, we will be falling in love with new streaming services.

As fall approaches, more specifics are falling out from Apple and Disney about their streaming services.

In Apple TV+ news, they plan to launch in November and will cost consumers just $4.99 per month; much less of a cost than its various competitors!

Apple is planning to offer just five shows at the launch of their streaming service. The shows will be “The Morning Show”, featuring Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell; “See” featuring Jason Momoa; “Truth Be Told” with Octavia Spencer; a revival of Steven Spielberg’s “Amazing Stories” and a documentary series, “Home”.

Analysts have suggested that Apple TV+ could attract as many as 100 million subscribers worldwide in the next five years.

Apple, is also planning to launch an Apple Arcade gaming service. The launch of these services comes on the heels of a slow sales year; the sales of its iPhones and other devices have slowed down recently.

As they continue to launch services, Apple has not yet spoken on a bundle program including Apple TV+.

As for Disney, their standalone price will be $6.99, or $12.99 if you would like to bundle their subscription service with Disney’s Hulu and ESPN+.

Disney has been gaining more of a ‘buzz’ than Apple. As they continue to slowly leak out tidbits about their streaming service. From their prices, to content, to reboots of Disney classics.

While Apple and Disney go head to head, it seems that there is still some respect in the industry; Disney+ will be available for in-app purchase on Apple devices.
